The MK sharehouse has a total of five floors, one with rooms for male tenants and two with rooms for female tenants. On each floor, there are regular rooms with windows as well as rooms with an additional balcony. Each room is fully furnished, including air conditioner and a private Wifi router. Bathrooms are shared with at most three other people and are professionally cleaned twice per week.

The MK sharehouse is well-equipped to ensure that you have a comfortable stay and can focus on exploring the city, spending time with friends, as well as your studies.Each room is fully furnished, including air conditioner and a private Wifi router.As for the kitchen, utensils, pans, pots, scrubs and soap are provided and each tenant has their own dedicated labeled cupboard and fridge space to keep their food.Two washing machines and two dryers are located on the fifth floor and are shared among the tenants via a digital booking system to ensure everyone can conveniently do their laundry.

The MK sharehouse is located in the Sinchon district in Seoul, north of the Han river and very much in the center of the city. From here, all other places in Seoul can be conveniently reached via bus or by the subway. And everything you might need - from coffee shops to the bank - is all right outside within walking distance.

This includes providing you with the documents required for your Residence Card application in case you are intending to stay in South Korea for more than 90 days.
